Reproduction in Fungi

Reproduction in Fungi takes place by –

Vegetative means by fragmentation, fission, budding.

Asexual means by spores called conidia or sporangiospores or zoospores.

Sexual means includes plasmogamy, dikaryon phase, Karyogamy to produce a diploid zygote which then meiosis to produce haploid spores.
